Monday•Friday, 3:00pm•1:00am (Occasionally Off At 11:00pm, Some Weekends) $17.50/Hour Job Details We are hiring an Air Handler Assembly Worker for our client's manufacturing team. The Air Handler Assembly Worker will be responsible for building HVAC air handler units and related components in a fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys hands-on work. The Air Handler Assembly Worker will follow blueprints, work instructions, and diagrams to assemble parts accurately and efficiently. This position requires a strong focus on quality, safety, and teamwork to ensure production goals are met each day. Key Responsibilities Assemble air handler units using sheet metal parts, coils, fans, insulation, and other components Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete assemblies Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work orders Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards Install motors, filters, dampers, and other components as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety rules and guidelines at all times Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals Assist with moving materials and basic inventory tasks Help package finished products for shipment Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred At least 2 years of assembly or related experience is a plus Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure Comfortable using hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and good work ethic Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Willingness to work overtime when needed Must pass a drug screen
