Assembler Job Description We are a trusted provider of commercial HVAC cleaning and maintenance services, specializing in air ducts, chillers, water towers, and more. We are seeking a dependable Warehouse / Assembly Worker to support our operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented, and brings a positive attitude to work each day. While hands-on tool and mechanical skills are important, soft skills—such as communication, coachability, and work ethic—are the most critical factors for success in this role. Responsibilities Assemble products and components using hand and power tools. Accurately measure and cut materials using a tape measure, table saw, and chop saw. Support warehouse operations including material staging, organization, and preparation. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors. Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed. Essential Skills Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure. Experience or working knowledge of table saws and chop saws. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Strong work ethic with dependable attendance. Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a team environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Forklift driving experience or certification (a plus, not required). Previous warehouse, assembly, or light manufacturing experience. Willingness to cross-train and learn new skills. Positive, team-first attitude. Coachable and open to feedback. Strong communication skills. Reliable and punctual. Takes pride in quality workmanship. Physical requirements include the ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Glendale, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
