Job Description
As a Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) Hand Solder Technician - Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will spend approximately 90% of your time performing fine-pitch hand soldering, component installation, and rework on circuit card assemblies (CCAs) used in aerospace applications. This position requires advanced soldering skills, the ability to work under a microscope, and successful completion of a hands-on soldering assessment during the interview process. In this role, you will be required to complete formal J-Std solder training. Hand soldering or process equipment experience is recommended. You will rely on work instructions and pre-established processes to perform the functions of the job and will report to a supervisor with direction from a workflow specialist. You will report directly to our supervisor and you'll work out of our Glendale, AZ location on an On-site work schedule.
