Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred 1-3 years of manufacturing, assembly, or construction experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions Basic math and reading comprehension skills Ability to safely use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift, move, and position materials throughout the shift Ability to follow safety, quality, and production procedures

Job Duties:

Assemble fabricated parts, sub-assemblies, and accessory components Perform basic electrical wiring connections according to diagrams Inspect products to ensure quality and customer specifications are met Operate hand tools, electrical tools, and pneumatic tools safely Load, unload, and move materials and finished products as needed Read and interpret job orders, blueprints, and diagrams to complete assemblies Complete production paperwork, checklists, barcoding, and shipping documentation Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards within the work area Follow all quality, safety, and company procedures
