• . This is an onsite opportunity with overtime potential, where your technical expertise will directly impact the quality and reliability of advanced electronic products.
• Your Impact
• In this role, you will play a critical part in the production of high-quality printed circuit boards and circuit card assemblies.

Your attention to detail and hands-on expertise in coating, soldering, and inspection will ensure products meet strict industry standards and perform reliably in real-world applications. Your work will directly contribute to manufacturing excellence and continuous process improvement.

• What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)
• + Perform manual and automated PCB assembly, including hand soldering and SMT processing + Conduct post-wave solder inspections, touch-ups, and rework in compliance with

IPC-A-610

standards + Operate, set up, and maintain automated assembly and test equipment + Repair feeders, perform preventive maintenance, and support equipment calibration + Apply conformal coatings using spray, dip, brush, and selective coating methods + Mask, inspect, and rework coated PCBs to ensure uniform, defect-free finishes + Identify and resolve assembly defects such as solder bridges, voids, and coating inconsistencies + Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and improve manufacturing processes + Follow detailed technical drawings, schematics, and process documentation

• What You Bring
• Required Qualifications
• + 4-5 years of experience in PCB assembly, post-wave soldering, and coating processes + Hands-on experience with conformal coating techniques and materials (acrylic, urethane, silicone, parylene) + Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manufacturing documentation + Solid understanding of SMT processing and board assembly workflows + Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills + Ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot assembly equipment •Preferred Qualifications•+ Certifications in soldering, PCB assembly, or conformal coating + Experience with in-circuit and functional test fixturing + Knowledge of advanced manufacturing systems and documentation control tools + Proficiency with basic computer applications (Word, Excel, documentation systems) •Work Environment & Physical Requirements•+ Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, and machinery + Requires manual dexterity, repetitive motion, and precise hand-eye coordination + Ability to sit or stand for extended periods in confined workspaces + Periodic lifting and handling of materials, including occasional heavier loads + Sustained visual focus on detailed assemblies and documentation •Apply Today•If you are a skilled Production Operator with experience in PCB assembly and coating processes, and you take pride in precision and quality, we encourage you to apply.
