Job Description
The Assembler 2 position performs disassembly, assembly, re-work, and minimum testing of various electrical/electronic equipment. Use electric soldering equipment to the IPC-A-610B, Class 3 standard Cut, prepare and pre-tin wires, prepare batteries, Apply conformal coat, marking and adhesive bonding Follow written and verbal instructions Complete work according to instructions, specifications and procedures, under direct and/or limited supervision Perform a variety of complex mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations in accordance with company instructions and procedures Conduct inspections of own and/or other associates work to insure correctness in accordance with company and/or customer drawing Maintain a clean and orderly workstation adhering to 6S standards Maintain an acceptable attendance and safety record Adhere to all company guidelines, policies and procedures Additional job duties and tasks as needed Assist other departments with job duties, tasks, training, and development as needed Complete additional job duties and tasks as assigned and instructed by Lead Tech / Supervisor
