Job Description:

Responsible for the assembly and inspection of medical devices under a microscope in a regulated cleanroom, following SOP's, using various tools, and reworking sub assemblies. Key responsibilities Assemble medical devices using microscopes and specialized tools. Follow SOPs, line clearance, work instructions, and safety requirements. Complete training and demonstrate correct use of travelers/routers, materials, and inspection tools. Perform equipment setup, operation, and in‑process inspections. Use EFD dispensers, UV curing systems, and adhesives per safety guidelines. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections under a microscope. Support documentation, inventory counts, and material control. Collaborate with engineers and supervisors on product integrity and process improvements. Work environment Regulated cleanroom; use of required PPE and adherence to contamination controls. Training period required; overtime and shift flexibility may be needed.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
