We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about building quality products and thrive in a collaborative environment. As a Manufacturing Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards. Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure accuracy and functionality. Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and workflow. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity. Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications Must be able to interpit Instructions in english. Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly in an aerospace. Can understand blueprints Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
