We're growing our production team and looking for someone who takes pride in turning raw stone into a finished product our customers love. Job Overview We're seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Countertop Fabricator to join our production team. In this role, you'll transform raw stone slabs into high-quality, custom countertops — cutting, shaping, and hand-polishing each piece to spec. The ideal candidate has hands-on fabrication experience, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine commitment to shop safety.

What You'll Do Fabricate & Polish:

Cut, shape, profile, and hand-polish stone edges using wet grinders (Makita or similar), pneumatic tools, and polishers.

Read & Execute:

Interpret shop drawings, templates, and measurements to produce precise sink cutouts and seam placements.

Handle Material Safely:

Load, unload, and move heavy slabs using overhead cranes, vacuum lifters, or forklifts.

Ensure Quality:

Inspect finished pieces for scratches, chips, or dimensional defects before approving them for installation. Maintain the

Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe by following all shop protocols.

Ownership & Independence:

Take shop drawings and project specs and independently complete fabrication from start to finish, delivering pieces ready for installation with minimal supervision.

What We're Looking For Experience:

1-2 years in stone fabrication or a similar manufacturing/trades environment preferred.

Technical Skills:

Comfortable with tape measures, hand tools, and shop equipment; experience with bridge saws or CNC machinery is a strong plus.

Physical Ability:

Able to lift up to 75 lbs regularly and stand for extended shifts in a wet, dusty, industrial environment.

Safety Mindset:
