This role is responsible for assembling glass-to-metal seals and other hermetic products in accordance with customer specifications, playing a key role in ensuring product quality and reliability. Assemble and process glass-to-metal seals and hermetic components Monitor production quality to ensure compliance with engineering drawings Inspect and maintain tools and fixtures for proper form, fit, and function Identify and report equipment issues to the supervisor Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Seal Lab Manager High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus
