Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Cell Associate/Assembler to join their team. As a Cell Associate/Assembler, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to efficient assembly operations and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • What's the Job?
  • + Perform assembly operations according to standard work procedures and within required tact time.

+ Assemble ball nuts and operate small hand tools for deburring, engraving, and other tasks as needed.

+ Use equipment such as saws, straighteners, buffers, and overhead hoists to complete operations.

+ Communicate daily with team members and other facilities to ensure smooth workflow.

+ Maintain compliance with environmental, health, safety, and 5S regulations.

  • What's Needed?
  • + Successful completion of a blueprint reading course.

+ Ability to read, follow, and understand prints, manufacturing instructions, and quality plans.

+ Proficiency in using inspection equipment such as micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, and tape measures.

+ Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

+ Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
