Job Summary:

BizLink Technology, Inc. is looking for an Level 2 Cable Assembler in our Fremont office. We manufacture cables, wiring harnesses, dongles, docking stations, connectors and related interconnect devices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assemble cables per requirements (Customer Bill of Materials, Drawings and Specifications) Cut, strip, crimp and tin wires (Automated as well as manual) Inserting contacts into connectors Experience with tie wraps, flat ribbon cable assembly, shrink tubing, soldering Installing Back shells and applying labels on wires/cables Electro/Mechanical Build Harness Boards Perform inspection, testing and pull test on cable wires & devices Familiarity with the production environment and quality requirements. When required, participate in regular preventive maintenance of equipment used. Work in a safe manner and observe all safety procedures. Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

Must have proven experience with soldering wiring Must have proven experience with crimping Understanding of Cable Harness & Electro-Mechanical Assembly processes Must be able to read and understand assembly instructions, production orders and all other documentation used to control processes Must have 2-5 years of experience in cable harness, electrical and mechanical assembly Required to have experience with reading blueprints Ability to follow and retain directions as well as manage multiple tasks Proficiency in the use of hand tools used in this kind of work Strong work ethic, attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness High school or college diploma or equivalent preferred Please send your qualified resume to: ryan_micallef@bizlinktech.com No agency resume BizLink offers competitive salary and a comprehensive employee benefits package.
