POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you'll perform semi-skilled assembly operations, applying precision techniques to produce high-quality components for our Solid-State and Power Products lines. What you'll do Apply thick-film printing techniques using screen printing equipment and conductive, non-conductive, and resistor pastes to produce ceramic substrates. Operate high-temperature belt furnaces to fire pastes onto ceramic substrates. Perform assembly operations under a microscope using soldering equipment and hand tools. Use measurement equipment to ensure product requirements meet specifications. Complete additional assembly tasks such as solder and epoxy die attach and hand-soldering leads to SSPCs. Follow process layouts and procedures to determine assembly methods and sequences. Identify and select components for integration into subassemblies and assemblies. Perform rework and other duties as assigned; provide feedback and maintain accuracy. Use a computer to access job-related information, drawings, and specifications. Apply company policies and safety standards while striving to build knowledge and skills.

• Occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
