This role focuses on hands-on production and installation while working closely with designers and the Lead Print Shop Fabricator to ensure high-quality output and efficient project execution. What You'll Do Operate large-format printers, cutting, and finishing equipment to produce signage and graphics Perform fabrication tasks including, printing, trimming, laminating, mounting, and weeding Install signage and graphics including wall graphics, window film, and wayfinding signage across company facilities Maintain organization and cleanliness of the print shop and equipment. Support inventory tracking of printing media, inks, laminates, and other shop materials. Collaborate with designers and team members to ensure files are production-ready and meet quality standards. What You'll Bring 2-4 years of experience in a print shop, sign shop, or large-format printing environment. Experience operating

wide format printers, Graphtec Vinyl Cutter, Industrial laminator, mounting table and has ability to lift up to 50lbs.
