Assembly Technician Gunther Werks Huntington Beach, CA Job Details Full-time $25 - $35 an hour 2 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications Interpersonal skills Motor vehicle manual assembly Assembly Powertrain Technical troubleshooting support Company guidelines standards in production Full Job Description In this position, your job duties shall include, but not limited to: Disassemble and Re-assemble 993 Porsche Sub assembly build out (Gas Tank, Subframe, Oil System, ABS/Brake Systems) Installation of sub-assemblies Drivetrain installation Diagnose and troubleshoot issues Maintain Gunther Werks quality standards Troubleshooting Install Interior, carbon fiber body kits, Mirror, Door handles Assembly fine works and exterior components Install and fit Leather dash and emergency brake Meet production build schedule deadlines Organize work tools to minimize damage and/or loss. Identify parts needed and communicate what is needed to keep build schedule on time Ensure workflow is tracked and on time through daily meetings Report daily vehicle build status Report any issues, delays, and all non-conformances in production line and ensure correction in a timely manner Complete assembly of vehicles from bumper to bumper, drivetrain to interior Fit and finish components onto vehicles Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work environment Assists other team members as necessary Works in a cross-functional team environment as a strong team player and demonstrates the ability to work with other functional groups to achieve company-wide goals Assists in special projects as required and performs other duties as assigned
