SUMMARY Perform parts and material installation and assembly tasks per work instructions and verbal leadership.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. o Assembles, aligns, test and inspects parts to form complete units or subassemblies of a variety of standard products where procedures and methods are prescribed. This may involve many parts, close tolerances and interrelated factors. o

PositionResponsibilities/Accountabilities:

. Assembles or produces component parts into completed units within blueprint specification and/or design tolerances. o Maintains acceptable performance standards for assembly, production, quality, safety and housekeeping. o Performs minor adjustments, repairs or setups to equipment or machines. . Inspects parts or completed units by using visual inspection, gages, tape measures, check fixtures, calipers, or other inspection equipment. o Responsible for proper daily storage of hand tools. Ability to walk, stand, crouch, bend, kneel, lift, carry, and reach as needed in large and tight spaces' Manual dexterity used regularly with occasional repetitive finger motion. Lifting up to 25 pounds; occasionally 50 pounds Hearing and speaking required. Specific visions abilities include close and distance vision, identify colors, eyeftrand coordination, and depth perception.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

None TRAVEL Assigned as required.
