Volt is immediately hiring for PCB Assemblers in Milpitas, CA . As a PCB Assembler you will: Assemble, wire, and test electromechanical devices according to specifications. Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Operate hand tools and power tools to assemble components. Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot any issues in assembled products. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve assembly processes. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies. This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity!

Monday

• Friday 1st shift
• 6am•2:30pm 2nd shift•2:30pm•11pm The ideal candidate will have: Experience with PCB assembly, clean room environments, and microscope-based work.

Ability to troubleshoot assembly issues and perform complex technical assembly tasks. Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, schematics, and technical drawings. Experience with soldering, crimping, and precision hand tools. Excellent hand dexterity and ability to work with small, delicate components. Familiarity with hand and power tools and repetitive assembly processes. Must be able to pass a 7-year background Must be able to speak, read and write in

$24.00 per hour

• 2nd Shift earns10% shift premium
