Day Shift:

7:30AM to 4:10PM Responsibilities Use hand tools to prepare and clip pins, connectors, and fasteners. Assemble mechanical and electrical parts as directed. Help build wire harnesses, cables, and control units. Record work details like part numbers and quantities. Additional Skills & Qualifications 6 months of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Familiarity with hand tools or basic assembly techniques. Work Environment The Assembly Technician I role is an entry-level position responsible for assembling components, subassemblies, and cable harnesses following standard procedures and guidelines. This position supports production goals by performing repetitive, hands-on tasks with accuracy, cleanliness, and attention to detail. You will use technologies and equipment such as torch drivers, electric lower power screwdrivers, and follow work instructions, drawings, and blueprints. The role requires standing or sitting for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds, with frequent use of hands and small tools. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Morgan Hill, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
