Position Summary:
As our Assembler, you will build mission-critical products that power the world's most advanced medical, aerospace, defense, and space systems. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for producing complex, high-reliability micro-connectors and wire harnesses. You will ensure the product confirms to production standards and requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience with harness assembly, soldering, working under a microscope highly preferred Must be able to comprehend/interpret blueprints/drawings Experience in
ISO/AS9100/ITAR
Environment preferred Must be able to read, write, and understand training manuals, work instructions, and other documentation Capable of working independently, staying on task, and managing multiple priorities with deadline Our core values

Follow safety protocols:
Adhere to all company safety guidelines, including using proper protective equipment (PPE).
Follow work instructions:
Use blueprints, diagrams, and written or verbal instructions to assemble components correctly.
Assemble parts:
Use hand tools, power tools, or automated equipment to fit, fasten, and connect parts.
Crimping Assembly:
Measure, cut, and strip wires to the correct length and Crimp contacts onto prepared wires using hand tools.
Epoxy Assembly:
Utilizing a compressed-air source and a footswitch to dispense a precise amount of epoxy to the designated area.
Conduct inspections:
Visually inspect products for defects, flaws, or damage both during the assembly process and on finished items. Communicate clearly and consistently across the organization in a way that fosters employee engagement at all levels. Work closely with the engineering team Collaborate with other apartments to ensure priorities for OTD is met Work closely with purchasing, and engineering departments to meet scheduled deadlines Identify knowledge gaps and provide/propose required training to improve performance Focus on driving safety, quality, and productivity
