About the Role We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembler to join our production team. This role is responsible for assembling custom trophies, awards, belts, rings, and other products while maintaining high quality and production standards. The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in producing clean, accurate work. What You'll Do Assemble custom trophies, awards, championship belts, and related products Operate laser cutting machinery safely and efficiently Follow production instructions and assembly processes accurately Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and overall presentation Prepare finished products for packaging and shipment Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace Communicate production issues or quality concerns to leadership Support team production goals and help maintain workflow efficiency Assist with general manufacturing and warehouse tasks as needed What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred Comfortable learning and operating laser cutting equipment Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Positive attitude and strong work ethic - embodying the TrophySmack mentality Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work both independently and with a team Comfortable working in a fast-moving production environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift Ability to lift, push, pull and move up to 50 pounds Repetitive hand and arm movement during assembly tasks Ability to bend, reach, and move throughout the workspace Why TrophySmack? $18-20/hr depending on experience, sill, and other relevant factors Health, dental, vision, and paid time off benefits available based on eligibility Fast-growing ecommerce brand with a fun, competitive culture Team-oriented environment where your work directly impacts the customer experience Opportunities for growth and skill development Employee discounts on products Equal Opportunity Employer TrophySmack is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all employees.
