Schedule:

This opportunity lets you assemble products, inspect finished work, and help keep factory operations running safely, accurately, and efficiently. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial. High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience Requirements Ability to assemble products or components according to work instructions and production standards. Ability to safely use basic hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or production equipment as required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect completed work for quality. Ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive assembly tasks. Dependable attendance, teamwork, and commitment to workplace safety. Mechanical ability and knowledge preferred Ability to follow specific directions Ability to use power tools such as grinders, sanders, buffers Knowledge of safety procedures Possess effective organization and time management skills, be detail oriented, use good judgment, manage competing priorities for multiple projects and consistently meet all deadlines Job Duties Clean, detail, and prepare parts and components using hand and power tools Follow mechanical blueprint instructions for detailing and assembly preparation Scan jobs into Made2Manage (M2M) and traveler systems Notify Lead or Supervisor of any issues or production concerns Follow specific detailing instructions and production requirements Move parts and components between departments as indicated on travelers Maintain quality standards and meet production deadlines Follow all safety procedures while operating equipment and handling materials Perform additional duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred. Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial. Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Assembler. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment. Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
