This position involves assembling and installing kitchen cabinets, custom closets, and other whole-house custom furniture. We offer competitive pay, good benefits, and a stable work environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with woodworking experience who wants a long-term position. Responsibilities Assemble kitchen cabinets, custom closets, and other built-in furniture Install cabinets and custom closet systems at residential or commercial job sites Use hand tools and power tools to assemble cabinet boxes, doors, drawers, and hardware Measure, adjust, and ensure proper fit during installation Operate CNC machines if experienced (a plus, not required) Perform basic electrical-related work when needed, such as installing cabinet or closet lighting (a plus) Follow project drawings and instructions Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Requirements Experience in woodworking, cabinet assembly, furniture assembly, or carpentry Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely Basic understanding of measurements and installation work Ability to lift and move cabinets and furniture as required Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience with CNC machines Experience installing custom closets or built-in furniture Basic electrical knowledge related to cabinet or closet installations Benefits & Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Stable working hours Friendly team and supportive management Long-term, steady work Benefits available for long-term employees
