Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Cleanroom Technician & Junior Assembler to join our production team immediately. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will assemble medical devices and components in compliance with FDA regulations, ISO standards, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Key Responsibilities Assemble medical devices and sub-assemblies per work instructions, drawings, and SOPs. Perform in-process inspections and accurately complete batch records and traveler forms. Operate assembly tools and equipment; adhere to cleanroom and ESD protocols as required. Identify and report non-conforming materials or processes to Quality and Supervision. Follow all safety policies and meet daily production targets. Requirements High school diploma or GED required. 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred; medical device/regulated environment a plus. Strong attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and ability to follow written instructions. Comfortable in a structured, documentation-driven environment. Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player. Ability to stand/sit up to 8 hours, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform close-vision inspection tasks.
