Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our team in the EV industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for mechanical assembly of battery components and safety hazard parts, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to safety protocols. This role requires manual handling, precise measurement, and a strong focus on safety and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Duties Assemble battery components and safety hazard parts through mechanical assembly processes Use measuring instruments to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications Handle materials manually, including small parts and delicate components, with care and precision Follow detailed work instructions and safety guidelines during assembly operations Inspect assembled products for quality, identifying any defects or inconsistencies Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and improve processes Experience Prior experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing is preferred Familiarity with measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, or similar tools is advantageous Experience working with battery assemblies or components related to the EV industry is a plus Ability to handle small parts manually with attention to detail Strong focus on safety procedures when working with potentially hazardous materials or components Detail-oriented mindset with excellent manual dexterity and organizational skills

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
