Day, Swing, Graveyard Shift Job Description:

We are seeking reliable Assembly Associates to join our production team. This role involves assembling electronic components, working with small parts , and following detailed instructions to ensure high-quality production.

Responsibilities:

Assemble electronic components and small parts using hand tools and basic equipment Follow work instructions, diagrams, and production guidelines Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Experience or ability to work with small parts and detailed components Good attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Reliable attendance and punctuality Manual dexterity and attention to details on work instructions and job requirements. Must have a methodical approach to solving technical problems. Must work with limited supervision. Experience in using a microscope for longer period of hours is desirable. Flexibility and willingness to work overtime when required. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Some related experience but will provide job training on the assembly.
