COPY LINK link Adecco is hiring immediately for a Manufacturing Assembler with a local client in Santa Clara, CA. Pay is $38.00/hr. - $45.00hr.
Duties:
  • The assembler will be responsible for assembling electromechanical prototype products in an engineering lab environment.
  • The candidate will be required to collaborate with project stakeholders regularly to understand daily tasks in a fast-paced engineering environment.
  • Follow verbal and written process steps for assembling prototype products
  • Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineers to develop best assembly practices
  • Propose improvements to reduce product cost and assembly time
  • Redline assembly procedures and Bills of Materials based on findings
  • Assist Manufacturing Engineers with developing work cells
Qualifications:
  • Experience range: 5-10 years preferred
  • Associate degree or higher in manufacturing or mechanical engineering (preferred)
  • Experience with hand tools (screwdrivers, torque drivers, wrenches, pliers, etc.)
  • Soldering experience
  • PCBA (through-hole and SMT) certifications/experience (preferred)
  • Fabrication skills (e.g., hand drill, drill press) (preferred)
  • Familiarity with production and lean principles (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and writtenmunication skills

Pay Details:
