You will support the production team and follow established instructions and procedures; this role is primarily Onsite during the 1st Shift (Monday-Friday, 5:00am-1:30pm). Your reliable attendance and attention to detail help the organization meet schedules and deliverables. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly of small parts or components following company instructions and procedures Review shop traveler/route cards or simple schematic drawings to confirm correct sequence of operation Position very small parts (ceramic boards, crystals, fine pins, etc.) under a binocular microscope using tweezers or fixtures Adjust, bend, align, and solder fine wires to resistors and base parts Bond or seal parts/assemblies with epoxies and use ovens or direct heating elements; perform in-process testing Demonstrate and follow all safety policies and procedures Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; may work variable schedules, nights, weekends, or additional hours as needed Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role Basic technical drawing reading Basic computer skills and basic reading ability Clean record for ATF High school diploma or equivalent preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in a related field 1-2 years of relevant manufacturing or assembly experience Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity to work with small parts Ability to operate hand tools and light machinery Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/manufacturing instructions, policies, and procedures Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Here's What Else Might Help You Out Attention to detail Previous manufacturing experience Experience working in a fast-paced environment Pay Range $16.00 - $20.00/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
