We're looking for a Soldering Technician who takes pride in precise, repeatable, high-quality work and wants to build complex coils, transformers, and assemblies that go into critical, high-performance applications. Our work is high-mix, high-complexity, which means: You'll solder intricate coil and transformer assemblies where accuracy and consistency are non-negotiable Every joint and connection needs to meet exacting quality standards - the first time, every time You'll read and interpret detailed work instructions and translate them into flawless finished products Your solder work directly supports mission-critical industries like aerospace, medical devices, and semiconductor manufacturing If you already have soldering experience, you'll fit right in. Steady hands, attention to detail, and a genuine understanding of solder technique are what set our technicians apart.
