$20 per hour Job Summary We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Hot Tub / Spa Assemblers to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for assembling and installing components used in the production of spas and hot tubs. Assemblers will work as part of a moving production line, perform quality inspections, use a variety of hand and power tools, and follow established work instructions and safety procedures. Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful, but candidates who are mechanically inclined, dependable, and willing to learn are encouraged to apply. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assemble and install various components and sub-assemblies into spa and hot tub units. Install plumbing, hoses, fittings, jet components, LED lighting, and other spa components. Perform sub-assembly work using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic equipment, and other production equipment. Follow verbal and written instructions, visual aids, samples, and standardized work procedures. Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure components are properly installed. Inspect completed work and prepare spas for the next production station. Work efficiently on a moving production line and maintain the required production pace. Measure, cut, connect, and secure hoses and other components as required. Use adhesives, lubricants, sealants, and other production materials according to established procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE). Cross-train on multiple production stations and assist other areas as needed. Perform other related production and assembly duties as assigned. Tools & Equipment Employees may use a variety of: Hand tools Power tools Pneumatic tools and clamps Battery-operated drills Screwdrivers, pliers, cutters, and wrenches Torque wrenches Air pressure gauges Cutting equipment Hoists and other production equipment Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to frequently bend, twist, reach, and work in various positions. Ability to reach above shoulder level as needed. Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to work at a steady pace on a moving production line. Ability to maintain attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks. Work Environment & Safety Fast-paced manufacturing and production environment. Work may involve noise, machinery, adhesives, lubricants, and other production materials. Some areas may be warm due to manufacturing equipment and processes. Required PPE may include safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, protective sleeves, and other equipment as appropriate. Employees must follow all safety procedures and instructions at all times. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, plumbing, mechanical, or construction experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good hand-eye coordination. Ability to learn new tasks and production processes quickly. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Willingness to cross-train and work at different production stations. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Schedule Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-2:30 PM This is an approximately 4-month temporary assignment, with overtime potentially available based on production needs.
