Job Description:
Consumables Assembler performs essential production tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will assemble and package final products and subassemblies using both automated machinery and hands-on assembly techniques. All work is completed according to detailed instructions provided through drawings, written specifications, and production documentation

Strong attention to detail Dependable and punctual Committed to teamwork Adaptable to changing production demands and workload fluctuations Self-directed with strong problem-solving abilities Duties ℜsponsibilities: Execute precise assembly and packaging operations while maintaining strict quality standards and tight tolerances Follow quality control documents, written instructions, and verbal guidance with minimal oversight Verify accuracy of all production documentation, including quality checklists, bills of materials (BOMs), and assembly specifications Organize and retrieve materials to maintain adequate stock levels for continuous production flow Operate production machinery, calibrated hand tools, and computer systems for data entry and product labeling Adhere to all Environmental, Health, and Safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment Complete additional tasks as directed by supervisors or production leads
Knowledge, Skills:
Prior work experience in a manufacturing setting Basic computer skills for operating production systems utilized in collecting data, access business system, and producing product labels Ability to troubleshoot issues and solve problems independently
