This position is a great fit for someone who is hands-on, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a production setting. The Hand Coiler / Metal Assembler will help assemble, coil, inspect, and package products while following work instructions and quality standards. This role requires good attention to detail, steady hands, and the ability to work at a consistent pace. Responsibilities Perform hand coiling and basic assembly tasks Use hand tools and production equipment as needed Follow work instructions, production paperwork, and safety procedures Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy Package, label, and organize completed products Keep work area clean, safe, and organized Report any product defects, material issues, or equipment concerns Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards Work independently after training and as part of a team Follow all company safety rules and wear required PPE Qualifications Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or hands-on work experience preferred Comfortable working with small parts and repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Willing to complete required screening process What We're Looking For We are looking for someone dependable, hands-on, and ready to work.
