About the Opportunity Areté Career Services is recruiting a Cleanroom Assembler to support the production of sterile medical products. This hands-on role involves precision assembly, inspection, packaging, and documentation in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom operating under

quality standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help ensure medical products meet strict safety and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Perform manual or semi-automated assembly of sterile medical devices. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO 13485 quality standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Follow cleanroom gowning, sanitization, hygiene, and behavior protocols. Maintain aseptic techniques and environmental controls to minimize contamination and bioburden. Conduct in-process inspections and document results in batch records. Assist with cleaning, sterilizing, and preparing equipment and workstations. Package and label products according to production specifications and regulatory requirements. Report deviations and nonconforming products to the Quality or Production Supervisor. Complete accurate and timely manufacturing documentation. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. One to two years of cleanroom assembly experience. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and safety. Ability to follow strict procedures, timelines, and production schedules. Willingness to learn and adapt in a highly regulated environment. Accountability and integrity when handling sterile products. Preferred Experience Experience in sterile medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing. Experience working in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom under ISO 14644-1 or a similar controlled environment. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, up to eight hours. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills for handling small components. Adherence to cleanroom gowning and hygiene requirements. Exposure to disinfectants and cleaning agents.
