Job Description

The Mattress Assembler is responsible for constructing and assembling mattresses according to company specifications and quality standards. This role involves using hand tools and machinery, following production guidelines, and ensuring finished products meet safety and durability requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble mattress components such as springs, foam, and fabric covers Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently Inspect materials and finished products for quality and defects Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
