Full Job Description Window Manufacturing Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour with

Denver, CO 80216 | Full-Time | M-F, 5:00am-1:30pm We are a fast-growing manufacturing company expanding our Window Manufacturing Department and are looking for a reliable, self-motivated, and trustworthy individual to join our team. If you have strong work ethic, solid hands-on skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you! Position Overview As a Window Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and preparing vinyl windows and window components. This role requires attention to detail, consistent quality, and the ability to work safely with manufacturing tools and machinery. Primary Responsibilities Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area Wear appropriate safety gear at all times Lift, move, and carry materials or finished goods (50+ lbs) Fabricate and assemble vinyl window components Operate manufacturing tools and equipment including saws, welders, drills, and punches Work directly with automated equipment (experience is a plus) Stand, bend, crouch, and lift throughout the shift Perform quality checks to ensure all windows meet company standards Identify defects and complete required documentation Follow established safety guidelines and quality standards Communicate effectively with management to prioritize workflow Assist other departments when needed Package finished windows and prepare them for shipping Skills & Qualifications Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong tape-measure reading and basic math skills are required Previous manufacturing or window-assembly experience is a plus Automation equipment experience is a strong advantage High School diploma or GED required Ability to work on your feet in a production environment
