Assembler - 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Mon-Fri) We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join a growing production team. In this role, you'll build laundromat furniture and related components, perform quality checks, and prepare finished products for shipment. This is a hands-on, physically active position ideal for candidates with assembly, construction, or woodworking experience. Key Responsibilities Assemble furniture and components according to work orders and specifications Safely use hand tools and power tools for mechanical and wood-based assembly Prepare, package, and palletize finished products for shipment Perform "top ends" work, including handling larger/heavier assemblies Inspect flooring and finished goods for defects, scratches, or damage Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Follow SOPs to ensure consistent quality and meet production deadlines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues Required Skills & Experience Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow detailed work instructions Experience with hand and power tools Experience in assembly, construction, carpentry, or mechanical work Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive production environment Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly Able to work a consistent Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM schedule Preferred Qualifications Woodworking or fabrication experience Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings Experience in installation or finish work Strong attention to detail for quality inspections Willingness to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment Why Join Us?
