Assembler - Entry Level Johnstown, CO (On-site) $18/hour Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Contract-to-hire (4 months) About the Role We are hiring Assemblers to join a growing, family-owned manufacturing company in a climate-controlled shop. This role focuses on building laundromat furniture and preparing finished products for shipment. You'll work hands-on with tools, follow work orders, and contribute to a team-oriented production environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble laundromat furniture and components using detailed work orders Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Prepare finished products by organizing and packing items onto pallets for shipment Perform general production and mechanical assembly tasks Inspect finished products and flooring for scratches, defects, or damage before shipping Read and follow basic instructions or blueprints to ensure accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Complete repetitive tasks with attention to detail and consistency Additional Responsibilities (Top Ends Role) Perform more physically demanding tasks in a specialized area Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly Conduct detailed quality checks before products are sent to customers
Qualifications Required:
Ability to use hand tools and willingness to learn power tools Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail Comfortable performing repetitive work Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Experience in general labor, assembly, or construction environments
Preferred:
