In this energetic role, you will be responsible for expertly installing window tints, film wraps, and other automotive glass solutions to enhance vehicle aesthetics and privacy. Your keen eye for detail, mechanical aptitude, and commitment to quality will ensure every job exceeds customer expectations. Responsibilities Precisely measure, cut, and install window tint films and automotive glass with attention to detail and safety standards Prepare vehicles by cleaning surfaces thoroughly and ensuring proper fitment of tinting materials Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during installation processes Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, detailing, or assembly as needed Follow all safety protocols related to ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration and glass installation procedures Maintain a clean work environment, organize tools, and ensure equipment is in optimal condition Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfaction and clarify installation requirements Requirements Prior dealership experience or hands-on work with automotive tinting, auto glass, or vehicle customization highly preferred Knowledge of ADAS systems, auto body repair, auto estimating, and general automotive repair techniques Experience with window tinting, auto glass installation, or vehicle detailing is a strong plus Mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for precise work Ability to lift heavy vehicles or parts safely while adhering to safety guidelines Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures and auto body repair techniques Strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and a proactive approach to learning new skills Join us in transforming vehicles into personalized works of art!
