Technicians are cross-trained across all assembly stations, requiring strong attention to detail, teamwork, and quality.

Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday:

6:00 AM-4:30

PM Saturday:

6:00 AM-11:00 AM Overtime required; average 50-55 hours/week $20-$21/hour, depending on experience Requirements 1+ year of production or assembly experience Ability to read technical drawings and color codes Experience with hand and power tools and mechanical assembly Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to work effectively in a team and support multiple job functions Commitment to safety and quality standards Responsibilities Perform bolting, drilling, wiring, and general assembly Operate hoists/cranes as needed Cross-train and support other production stations Identify and communicate safety, quality, and productivity improvements Accurately record parts and material usage in company systems Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic Physical Requirements Stand and work for extended periods, including 10-hour shifts Lift and move up to 50 lbs. repeatedly Work safely in a manufacturing environment while following PPE requirements

Pay:

$21.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
