National Sign Corporation National Sign Corporation•one of the leading sign companies in New England, is looking for an Experienced Sign Fabricator for our Berlin, CT location. Qualified candidates must have experience fabricating all phases of sign manufacturing. Because we believe that "The best work requires the best people", compensation will be based on an individual's experience, skill set, and attitude.
What You'll Do:
Fabricate a variety of custom signs, including LED channel letters, illuminated cabinets, monument signs, and more. Work with materials such as aluminum, acrylic, PVC, and other common sign substrates. Operate fabrication tools and equipment including saws, drills, Accu-Bend, Accu-Clinch, welders, and paint systems. Assemble signs by cutting, mounting, welding, or bonding components to meet project specifications. Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, durability, and compliance with safety and design standards. Safely package finished signage for delivery, installation, or pickup. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with all safety procedures.

Experience in all phases of sign fabrication including LED Channel letters, illuminated sign cabinets, welding. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Quality workmanship.
