Shift Job Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will run production equipment, perform assembly and inspection tasks, and support daily operations to ensure high quality and efficiency. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing or trades experience who enjoy working with tools, blueprints, and precision measurements.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machines and support production processes Perform assembly, inspection, and general production tasks Read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping standards (5S) Support workflow, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure smooth production Record production data and assist with reports as needed Work collaboratively with the team and support continuous improvement
Requirements:
Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or trades Ability to read blueprints and work with measurements/decimals Familiarity with hand tools and inspection processes Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Willingness to work overtime if needed Nice to

Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Bethel, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.00/hr.
