Job Title:
Cleanroom Technician Job Description As a Cleanroom Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products. You will be responsible for inspecting and cleaning raw materials and finished parts, preparing adhesive applications, and taping heaters for potting and conformal coating. This position requires average eyesight and the ability to differentiate between good and bad heater circuits and wire wound panels. Responsibilities Inspect own work to meet product requirements and descriptions. Clean raw materials and finished parts using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths. Prepare pressure-sensitive adhesive application and bladder press for PSA. Tape heaters on boards for potting and conformal coating. Essential Skills Proficiency in soldering and crimping. Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot using measuring tools. Self-starter with data entry skills. Ability to work with hand tools and assembly. Additional Skills & Qualifications Basic math knowledge. Ability to speak and read English. Punctuality and reliability. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work takes place from 7 am to 3 pm on a clean, well-lit, and organized manufacturing floor. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Lyme, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
