Assembler Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable Assembler to support production and assembly operations in a manufacturing environment. This role involves assisting with assembly tasks, preparing materials, handling products, and maintaining an organized workspace while following all safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with production and assembly activities. Prepare and move materials for manufacturing processes. Load, unload, and transport materials and finished products. Pack products accurately for shipment. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Use basic hand tools and assist with equipment upkeep. Follow safety procedures when lifting and handling materials.

Qualifications:

Previous industrial, production, assembly, or general labor experience preferred. Ability to safely use basic hand tools. Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects. Dependable attendance and ability to work 12-hour weekend shifts. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions.

Work Environment:

Clean, bright, and well-lit manufacturing facility. Standing for extended periods and handling materials throughout the shift. Fast-paced production setting with opportunities to develop industrial skills. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmington, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
