Assembler - Precision Components | 2nd Shift (Train on 1st) Harwinton Area | $18/hr | Contract-to-Hire Join a clean, organized manufacturing environment where attention to detail matters. We have multiple openings for reliable individuals with strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to work with small, sensitive parts. Schedule 2nd shift (training on 1st shift required) Easy commute from Harwinton, Torrington, Bristol, Burlington, Litchfield, Thomaston, Plymouth, New Hartford, Winsted, and surrounding Litchfield County communities. What You'll Do Assemble small, precision parts at a workstation Work from diagrams, work instructions, and specifications Select correct components based on size and tolerance Use basic measuring tools to ensure accuracy Perform finishing steps such as lubrication, sealing, and packaging Conduct quality checks including basic testing and inspection Complete production documentation accurately Follow detailed processes in a repetitive workflow What We're Looking For Strong manual dexterity and steady hands Ability to read and follow written/visual instructions Good judgment and attention to detail Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or similar hands-on work preferred Comfortable working with small parts and repetitive tasks Why Apply Clean room environment Opportunity for permanent hire Consistent schedule with growth potential Apply today to be considered for immediate openings!
