Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler / Solderer to support the production of custom lighting kits. The ideal candidate will have hands-on assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to solder components with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble custom lighting kits according to customer specifications and production schedules Perform soldering of components as part of the assembly process Follow assembly instructions and established production procedures Inspect components and connections to ensure accuracy and quality Report any issues or inconsistencies to supervisors Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with additional production tasks as needed

Physical Requirements:
