Job Description:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our team at a leading manufacturing facility in Shelton, CT. As an Assembler, you will play a key role in the assembly of high-quality products using precision tools and following step-by-step instructions. Responsibilities:

Assemble electronic and mechanical components using hand tools, machinery, and equipment. Follow blueprints, diagrams, or other instructions to complete product assembly. Inspect components and finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support safety and efficiency. Assist with inventory control, ensuring materials are readily available for production needs. Perform any additional tasks or projects as required by the supervisor.

Requirements:

Previous assembly experience preferred, but not required (on-the-job training available). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work overtime when needed. Basic knowledge of hand tools and small machinery a plus.
