Are you a dependable team player who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment? Join our team as a Production Line Worker and help keep our operations running smoothly and safely. Your Impact in This Role As a Production Line Worker, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Sort and process materials on a production line (may require standing for extended periods) Perform routine checks on optical sorters and screens to ensure product quality Clean designated work zones including conveyors, platforms, and floors Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards) Identify and report material or equipment issues to supervisors What You Bring to the Table Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work well in a team environment Good communication skills Willingness to adapt and learn new tasks Attention to detail and commitment to quality Physical ability to bend, lift, climb, and perform repetitive movements Occasional use of fine motor skills (e.g., machine operation) Benefits Medical Insurance Prescription Drug Benefits Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance Critical Illness Insurance 401(k)Retirement Savings Plan Employee Type:
