18.50 Our client is a global medical device manufacturer and they are seeking additional Medical Device Assemblers to join their team! This position would perform assembly, testing, and packaging of sub-assemblies and finished products in a clean room environment in accordance with approved method sheets. Located in Fairfield County, CT
CONTRACT POSITION
Shift:
1st and 2nd shift available
Pay:
$17.50-18.50/hour Key Responsibilities Perform hand assembly of sub-assemblies and finished products, working independently and as part of a team Build intricate assemblies by following approved method sheets and written procedures Conduct mechanical and electrical testing on completed sub-assemblies and finished goods to ensure compliance with product specifications Perform a variety of assembly duties within one or more factory work cells Maintain a clean and organized work environment and assist with daily housekeeping activities as required Follow all written method sheet procedures across multiple product lines Wear required work cell attire, which may include mandatory uniforms and/or clean room garments Follow direction provided by team leads or supervisors Perform additional duties or assignments as required by management Qualifications Experience with hand assembly in a production or assembly line environment Ability to assemble small parts using microscopes or magnification tools Soldering experience preferred Medical device assembly experience preferred Knowledge of factory assembly processes and procedures "This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
