Overview Join our dynamic team as a Shed Assembler and become a vital part of creating durable, high-quality outdoor structures that meet our customers' needs. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling sheds and related structures with precision and efficiency, ensuring each project adheres to safety standards and quality expectations. Responsibilities Read assembly instructions to accurately construct sheds and related structures. Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, assemble, and install components such as siding, roofing, doors, and fixtures. Perform heavy lifting of materials and assembled parts safely while maintaining proper posture and technique. Install siding, roofing materials, doors, windows, and fixtures with precision to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal. Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure all components meet specifications and safety standards. Collaborate with team members on site or in manufacturing facilities to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain a clean work area, organize tools and materials, and document progress for each project stage. Skills Skilled in using hand tools (hammers, saws, drills), power tools (nail guns, saws), Knowledge of construction site safety practices including heavy lifting techniques and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Familiarity with various building materials such as siding (vinyl or wood), roofing materials (shingles or metal), concrete forming techniques, rebar installation for foundations or structural supports. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt plans based on site conditions or project requirements.
