Job Description
You will be responsible for transporting food and equipment, setting up and operating a pop-up service stations, delivering fast and friendly service during peak lunch hours, and ensuring each site is left clean, organized, and ready for future service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in operational excellence, and understands the importance of professionalism when working in secure government locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely load, transport, and unload food, supplies, and equipment using a full-size cargo van Drive to and operate at assigned high-security Federal and Military sites Set up pop-up service stations according to SmokeDatt BBQ standards Provide fast, accurate, and friendly service during high-volume lunch periods Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout service Break down service stations and thoroughly sanitize all equipment and work areas Return to the kitchen to unload, clean, and prep equipment for the next service day Follow all health, safety, and site-specific security requirements Communicate operational needs or issues to management promptly Perform other related duties and special projects assigned by management to meet the evolving needs of the business.Qualifications:
Valid driver s license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation to/from work Comfortable driving and parking a full-size cargo van in urban and base environments Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong attention to cleanliness and safety Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and professionally presented at all times Strong customer service skills with a positive, team-first attitude Ability to pass a drug test and comprehensive criminal background check (required for base access) Prior food service, hospitality, or logistics experience is a plus, but not requiredBenefits:
