Job Responsibilities and Requirements Responsibilities:

+ Assemble discrete conveyor equipment by following DWF and assembly procedures. + Responsible for final system assembly and testing of systems. + Knowledgeable with hand/power tools, as well as, shears, brakes, saws, milling machines and other fabrication equipment. + Apply established standards, processes, and procedures to ensure workplace safety and quality. + Inform supervisors of any part or equipment defects to ensure prompt response to the problem. + Capable of reading pneumatic schematics and running airlines. + Conserve resources and supplies to facilitate minimum waste. + Follow the attendance policy of the Department. + Maintain a clean and orderly work area, and perform housekeeping duties as required. + Able to work overtime, flexible schedules, holidays, and weekends as required.

Position Requirements:

+ A high school diploma or GED equivalent. + At least one (1) year of experience in a manufacturing environment. + Basic understanding of electrical procedures and strong mechanical aptitude. + Knowledgeable with use of hand/power tools. + Must have basic math and communication skills. + Strong problem-solving skills and desire to learn. + Must have strong attention to detail. + Must be a self-managed, team player comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to commit to dynamic schedules and be punctual to work. + Able to safely work for extended periods of time, mostly standing, beyond an 8-hour workday. + Ability to lift materials in excess of up to 48 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Previous experience working in a Lean environment. + At least one (1) year of mechanical assembly experience. + Familiarity with all forms of conveyor line applications. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
